•Pearl Energy has developed a recycling process that at it's core is safe, effective and economically feasible for todays oil and gas market.

•Most Operators and SWD entities have everything they need at their Production / Gathering stations, and SWDs to recycle produced water to frac Grade (<1ppm iron, trace bacteria <100 PPM TSS (particle size 20 – 50 microns), 3 - 7ppm residual oxidant).

•Pearl customers leverage that infrastructure to recycle the water – as it provides residence time, mixing time and hold time.

•Process is proven with multiple operators and SWD entities throughout the United States.

•Recycle process is simple.

•Solids are left in fluid state and able to be pulled periodically by vac truck and disposed of.
